Jessica Glenn

As the President, Jess provides overall leadership, sets the organization's strategic direction, and presides over meetings.

Vice President


Tracy LeShae Chacon

Tracy assists the President in their duties, steps in when necessary, and may oversee specific committees or initiatives. Additionally, Tracy manages the organization's finances, including budgeting, financial reporting, and handling sponsorships and membership dues.

Secretary


Anglea Murdock

Angela is responsible for maintaining official records, taking meeting minutes, and handling correspondence.

Executive Officer


Quinci Cole

As the Executive Officer, Quinci provides overall leadership, oversees and coordinates the work of other board members, facilitates communication, and assists with decision-making. Additionally, Quinci serves as the social media posts and event coordinator via socials, responsible for both posting and creating content.

Education Events Coordinator


Clara Gonzalez

Clara oversees the development and coordination of educational programs, workshops, and events for members. She also handles event planning and logistics.

Membership and Outreach Coordinator


Margie Bloodworth Talcott


Margie manages membership recruitment and engagement, handles the member database, and focuses on promoting UPPGA through her own social media account. She also takes care of the website, other outreach efforts, and member packets.

Advocacy and Regulatory Affairs Officer


Kirstine R Reynolds

Kirstine monitors and advocates for pet grooming industry regulations and standards. She keeps members informed about industry developments.
