Welcome to Utah Professional Pet Groomers Association (UPPGA). We are a non-profit organization working to help create a safer, cleaner, more compassionate grooming environment for the pets we serve. Our goal is to help connect groomers in the state of Utah with caring pet owners, educational opportunities, and elevated standards of safety and care. Members of our organization are voluntarily pledging to uphold the UPPGA code of ethics, and the PPGSA Standards of care, safety and sanitation in order to offer our clients the best grooming environment possible.
